Project Leader/Principal (The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. - Boston, MA):

Manage the design and implementation of long-term business strategies to

achieve superior profitability, growth and enhancement of organizational

capability of U.S. and multinational companies. Oversee business

development, client relationships, project planning and management.

Ascertain and define client need or problem area; manage all case team

responsibilities including personnel assignments, research and analysis,

and reports to clients; undertake critical evaluation of analytical work

performed using advanced economic and financial analysis techniques;

oversee and direct consultants and junior professional staff; oversee

preparation of outputs and present findings to senior client management.

Domestic/international travel required based on company/client need.

Requires a Master’s degree (or higher) in business administration,

management science, or a quantitative field (related to client industries)

plus four years of experience as a management consultant, business analyst,

or quantitative analyst, two of which must be in management strategy. Also

requires demonstrated proficiency in (i) applying advanced economic and

financial analysis theories such as competitive cost and decision analysis,

capabilities assessment, portfolio review based on financial reports, and

experience and scale curve analysis; (ii) conducting advanced analysis of

scale economies, seasonal effects on financial forecasts, impact of

uncertainties on business outcomes, corporate financing policies and

evaluation of factors that influence a company's debt capacity; and (iii)

managing individuals, teams and process. Must have unrestricted

authorization to work in U.S. M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 45+ hours per
