Job Description:

Duties: Will analyze business challenges and design technical solutions in

collaboration with internal technical teams (including Business Systems

Functional Team). Will prepare work estimates and integrate tasks to

develop technical project plans and secure and assign resources. Will

architect, install, configure, and maintain multiple complex business

applications and recommend long-term approaches to ensure reliable,

compliant, interoperable, scalable, and high-performance systems. Will

define and implement the change management process, creating standard

procedures and templates for systems software. Will perform application and

database installations, upgrades, and patching. Will analyze scope,

deliverables, schedules, risk mitigation, and cost solutions to drive

technical, process, and implementation services. Will maintain, monitor,

and tune QA, development, and production environments. Will design and

implement an overall system security model for all application areas. Will

devise cohesive test plans and lead the translation of application

requirements, use case definitions, and functional specifications for

further test execution. Will liaise with internal Technical Architects,

Fellows, and Principals and incorporate feedback into design deliverables

and project scope. Will ensure proper test cases are implemented and proper

documentation is assigned to appropriate team members. Will draft concept

proofs to confirm the design and requirements of software systems. Will

identify and resolve implementation obstacles. Will provide timely

production support and assist with debugging production and integration

issues. Will provide guidance to junior team members regarding

installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems software. Will set

new standards and monitor adherence to existing standards. Will facilitate

regular code and technical design reviews and provide feedback related to

code and designs prepared by junior team members.

Requirements: Must be certified as a: Salesforce.com Certified Force.com

Developer (Dev 401) and Bachelor's degree (or equivalent foreign education)

in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering,

Information Technology, or a related field plus five years of experience

with Project Life Cycle technical design architecture and application

administration. OR, in the alternative a Master's degree (or equivalent

foreign education) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems,

Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field plus three years of

experience with Project Life Cycle technical design architecture and

application administration.

Experience must include: Demonstrated expertise applying Design Patterns

effectively under Model View Controller (MVC) architecture and Service

Oriented Architecture (SOA). Demonstrated expertise leading teams and

providing technical guidance to developers regarding the translation of

business requirements into system-specific technical design documents.

Demonstrated expertise architecting, installing, configuring, and

maintaining complex business applications in a cloud computing platform

utilizing at least three of the following programming languages:

Informatica; Apex; Java; JavaScript; C; C++; CSS; JSP; SQL; PL/SQL; or

SQL*Plus. Demonstrated expertise leveraging Waterfall and Agile

methodologies for full Project Life Cycle development.
