Job Description:

Will work with various IT delivery teams to analyze business problems and

design technical solutions. Will validate and assess technical feasibility

of functional requirements and designs and provide feedback across multiple

functional areas. Will prepare work estimates and integrate tasks to

develop technical project plans, secure and assign resources, and delegate

and review tasks assigned to junior resources. Maintaining an awareness of

project schedules across multiple platforms, will write well-documented and

high-performing code, including source code documentation. Will set new

standards and monitor adherence to existing standards. Will facilitate

regular code and technical design reviews, ensuring that code and setups

are ready for deployment. Will work on the installation, configuration,

and maintenance of multiple complex business applications and analyze new

and existing technology products, tools, and processes and recommend long-

term technology direction to ensure reliable, compliant, interoperable,

scalable, high-performance systems. Will advance the change management

process with the Change Control Board and collaborate with client

executives, working group leads, Project Managers, and Program Managers in

the delivery of technical, process, and adoption services by determining

approach, scope, deliverables, schedule, risk mitigation, and solution

cost. Will participate in the design of database and application server

layouts for complex database environments and ensure proper procedures are

followed for capacity planning. Will implement an overall system security

model for all application areas and identify third-party software for

technical fit and develop solutions with Administrators from other

technical disciplines (Windows, NT, Network, and UNIX). Will create

overall test plans and advance the translation of application requirements,

use case definitions, and functional specifications into a cohesive testing

plan for further test execution. Will evaluate, select, and procure

automated testing software.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Computer Science,

Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field plus 5 years

of experience with Project Life Cycle technical design architecture or

Project Life Cycle application administration.

OR, in the alternative:

Master’s degree (or equivalent foreign education) in Computer Science,

Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field plus 3 years

of experience with Project Life Cycle technical design architecture or

Project Life Cycle application administration.

Also requires:

1) Demonstrated expertise architecting, implementing, configuring,

integrating, and maintaining complex business applications in different

Oracle modules (including Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Order

Management, Oracle Incentive Compensation and Oracle CRM) and using modern

integration technologies (including Oracle Service Oriented Architecture

(SOA) and IBM Cast Iron).

2) Demonstrated expertise architecting, implementing, configuring, and

maintaining complex business applications leveraging Sales Force CRM;

3) Demonstrated expertise participating in the Software Development Project

Life Cycle, including design, implementation, verification, and maintenance;

4) Demonstrated expertise leading teams in the translation of business

requirements into system-specific technical design documents and providing

technical guidance to Developers.
