Job Description:

Position: Software Engineer III - JavaScript (Storefront) (Boston,

Massachusetts)

Duties: Will write clean, high performance code in Javascript, HTML, CSS

and PHP in support of our many e-commerce sites, internal applications

and supplier extranet. Design and develop client-side MV* frameworks;

write JavaScript Unit and Regression tests. Work closely with multiple

business stakeholders and other client-side technology teams to create

next-generation site features; perform JavaScript code reviews for other

engineering teams, train and mentor junior engineers. Work on planning

and execution of the software development lifecycle using Agile SCRUM

methodology, engage in high-level client side architecture discussions.

Requirements: Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer

Science, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign

education equivalent) plus 2 years of JavaScript development experience

in a customer-facing environment or a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of

experience as stated above. Experience must include: demonstrated

expertise in AMD or other JavaScript module patterns; demonstrated

expertise in modern client-side MV*frameworks; demonstrated expertise in

a variety of scripted and compiled server-side languages such as PHP and

Java.
