Job Description:
Support the Enablement delivery system allowing for
multi-faceted delivery of Sales assets to the field organization at the time
of need. This will include a comprehensive Sales Portal environment,
dynamic Sales Playbooks, mobile application, and CRM-integrated
delivery covering requirements across a globally disperse Sales
organization. Work with management to identify current business challenges,
define the scope and approach for the solution, and further execute on
those activities. Evaluate available data to determine program
efficiencies and impact to provide go-forward recommendations for
continually increasing the productivity and efficiency of the Sales
organization via the systems. Facilitate working sessions and ongoing
Governance meetings. Execute periodic reviews with key program and
project stakeholders. Maintain Sales-facing deliverables, including
program documents and operating plans. Define project scope and
system solutions for client needs. Implement and rollout Enablement application functionality. Monitor users, groups, permissions,
and overall access control to multiple levels of application
functionality. Monitor field-based contributions and subsequent delivery of
high-value assets. Provide system support to primary end users,
material contributors, and the supporting Subject Matter Experts (SME)
community. Provide System Training preparation and delivery to users and
manage continuous improvement efforts. Design and develop analytics
mapping utilization and asset value to Sales Performance Metrics.
Identify metrics for measurement and follow improvement trends over time.
Work with management and Field Development representatives to
assure measurements and follow-up activities are followed and training
adopted. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or related field
(willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 3 years of
experience in sales business and enablement content systems. Or,
alternatively, a Master's degree and 1 year of experience as stated above. Special Requirements: (1) Demonstrated expertise managing system implementation and
rollouts;; (2) Demonstrated expertise building and implementing governance
models, including content/systems utilization reporting and
analysis; (3) Demonstrated expertise leveraging product development
enterprise software to support customers in the medical, electronics, high
tech, and automotive industries; and, and (4) Demonstrated expertise manipulating video assets in multiple
formats & tools, video conversion, and developing creative content
targeted for Sales and Technical Sales Organization. Experience and skills may be gained during an academic
