Job Description:

Duties: Develop a set of email tools that allow users to control and

rank their email from an email summary digest. Participate in the

testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and

certification of software. Support Microsoft Exchange Servers by

integrating the EWS protocol into our system. Iteratively improve MySQL

performance. Update apache configuration to avoid the latest DOS attack.

Develop tools that ensure client privacy. Provide technical support to

active users and assist those users with their Sanebox experience.

Utilize Ruby, Rails, and MySQL to develop web applications. Interface

with IMAP, WebDAV and EWS to design, modify, develop, write, and

implement software programming applications.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science,

Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering or

related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 2

years’ experience developing communications protocols for email

retrieval and storage. Experience must include: Demonstrated expertise

(DE) utilizing EWS, Active Sync, IMAP to develop communications

protocols for email retrieval and storage; DE configuring Unix-based

machines to run customized software at a production level; DE

troubleshooting and resolving live production issues to minimize or

eliminate system downtime within DOS 3.0+ to DOS 6.21, Windows Server

2008, Linux (Slackware, Redhat, Centos, SUSE), CENTOS, UBUNTU, OS X,

Capistrano, Rails, NetApp, MySQL, SQLite, and Git systems; DE utilizing

Assembly language Micro, C/C++ (Unix, Windows), C# (Windows), Java

(Applets, Servlets), HTML, JavaScript, XML, Visual Basic (Windows), SQL,

Crystal Reports, ASP.net 2.0/3.5/4 in C#/VB, Internet Information

Services (IIS), Apache, Ruby on Rails, jQuery, and Angular to develop

user interfaces; DE developing secure communications across exchange

servers, including Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and 2010; DE utilizing

DHCP, DNS, IMAP, POP, SMTP, TCP/IP network protocols to integrate

software e-Glue Solutions technology, VNC, VPN, Symantec PCAnywhere,

Remote Desktop Connection, and within networking environments; and DE

performing maintenance and configuring a rack server. This is a

telecommuting position which can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.
