Description:

Working under the direction of Development Applications Manager 1, will be

responsible for gathering technical requirements from development teams;

creating web and command-line based tools to help developers qualify their

sandboxes; improving the existing sandbox qualification tools; integrating

code review tools and processes into the standard development workflow;

streamlining development process by consolidating existing applications; and

defining strategic roadmap and vision for Sandbox Qualification tools.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science,

Operations Research or Management Science and five (5) years of experience

in Job Offered or five (5) years of experience developing mathematical

models and writing algorithms for data analysis and optimization using Java.

OR

Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science,

Operations Research or Management Science and one (1) year of experience in

Job Offered or one (1) year of experience developing mathematical models and

writing algorithms for data analysis and optimization using Java.

Special Requirements:

· Demonstrated expertise analyzing workflows and developing and

solving mathematical models of the system and developing tools to optimize

workflows.

· Demonstrated expertise in web application development using Java and

PHP and Python.

· Demonstrated expertise in command line interface and graphical user

interface programming using Python, Bash, TCSH and Java.
