Job Description:
Working under the direction of Engineering Senior Team Lead 3,
the Web User Interface Developer will be responsible for developing
web based applications used in the development process; helping to
design, implement, and unit test dashboards that report status and
data analysis of internal development process; rearchitecting
dashboards to meet new requirements, facilitate maintenance and
enhancements, and leverage modern web technologies; building thick
client web infrastructure by moving HTML generation logic from
server to client side; implementing RESTful web services to
communicate with Test Result Database; and designing and
implementing an automated testing environment for web
application. Education and Experience: Master’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer
Science or Computer Engineering and one (1) year of experience in
job offered or one (1) year of experience in thick client web user
interface application development. OR Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in
Computer Science or Computer Engineering and five (5) years of
experience in job offered or five (5) years of experience in thick
client web user interface application development. Special Requirements: · Demonstrated expertise creating thick client single page
websites including rich internet content using JavaScript, ExtJS
and customized ExtJS 4 widgets. · Demonstrated expertise developing thick web applications
including complex HTML layouts with grids and charts using D3
(JavaScript library) and InfoVis Toolkit for visualizing data. · Demonstrated expertise developing backend services using PERL
Template Toolkit framework on Apache server, and creating and
