Software Engineer II for Wayfair LLC in Boston, MA to Working in an agile/continuous deployment environment to support eCommerce activities, will develop and maintain web and desktop based tools using PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, DataTables, ASP.NET, C#.NET and ASP to administer business operations and reporting. Responsible for creative problem solving, analysis of business workflows, development of software applications interfacing with API's, large data set manipulation and processing. Develop and maintain partners' infrastructure which is built to communicate with partners using channels such as web services, ftp and other EDI methodologies. Perform engineering work related to partners' infrastructure: bug fixes, adding new features, resolving issues, setting up new partner or making changes to configurations of an existing partner using a variety of skills like C#.NET, partner's API, XML, XSD Schema and SQL. Perform SQL DB design, advanced query writing; work on XML documents, XSD schemas, and related parsing technologies; follow other software engineering operations including coding standards, code reviews, source control using source control, code deploy and documentation; and mentor other team members as necessary.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) as well as 1 year of experience in advanced .NET, SQL and server-side troubleshooting or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience as noted above.

Special Skills Required:

Demonstrated expertise in PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, DataTables, C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.

Demonstrated expertise applying Microsoft SQL database design and advanced query writing.
