Job Description:

Software Engineer IV (Storefront) (Boston, Massachusetts) to lead, mentor, and teach engineers in building web-based ecommerce applications, working with several large and complex SQL databases. Responsible for building both front-end and back-end highly scalable and robust systems for e-commerce; producing robust, elegant and scalable software that performs well under high load; integrating internally developed applications and service-based protocols, applying experience with eventually consistent architecture; and collaborating with colleagues on business end to bridge technology requirements with business needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 1 year of experience in an agile/continuous deployment environment or a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as stated above.

Special Skills Required:

Demonstrated expertise in PHP, C++ or C#;

Demonstrated expertise in http and web development technologies (html, css and js);

Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining high volume web applications

Demonstrated expertise in in SQL DB design skills.
