Job Description:
Working under the direction of Technical Marketing Manager 1,
will be responsible for developing marketing plans, messages, and
content to grow the MathWorks business in Signal Processing and DSP application
areas by identifying key target customers, their needs, and relevant
product capabilities; working with the development teams and key
stakeholders to develop and implement plans for Signal Processing products;
developing messages and collateral in support of the Signal Processing
products, related products, and overall application area, including web
pages, videos, and demonstrations; assessing the effectiveness of messages and
marketing efforts and recommending targeted and innovative approaches for
telling our story on-line and in-person; driving marketing strategy and
tactical planning for new growth areas; optimizing content and messaging
to increase awareness and leading generation of Signal Processing products
via the MathWorks web site; supporting worldwide sales and application
engineering teams with materials necessary to sell our products to key
industries; working with key stakeholders and the Signal Processing
development team to develop product plans for the area including collecting and
synthesizing customer requirements to assess new features and products;
developing multi- year roadmaps informed by the medium- to long-term direction
and opportunities; and collaborating with product managers and
development teams in adjacent product areas to incorporate the needs of the Signal
Processing area into their plans. Education and Experience: Master’s degree or higher (or foreign education equivalent) in
Engineering or Computer Science and one (1) year of experience in job
offered or one (1) year of experience in technical product marketing or technical
support of digital signal processing techniques for signal analysis. Special Requirements: • Demonstrated expertise analyzing data using DSP techniques
and statistical algorithms. • Demonstrated expertise developing MATLAB-based routines
for analyzing signal data to detect system failure. • Demonstrated expertise developing signal processing
applications in MATLAB to detect patterns and trends in signals. • Demonstrated expertise programming in MATLAB and Simulink. [Expertise may be gained during Graduate program.] For the position listed above, interested candidates may search
