Job Description:
Working under the direction of Technical Writer - Senior Team
Leader 3, will be responsible for writing online content for code verification
products that use static analysis for measuring and improving the quality
of embedded software; interacting directly with developers and end users to
discover what customers need to know to harness technologies for solving
real-world engineering problems; distilling the intricacies of products
into examples, procedures, and conceptual topics that help customers become
productive quickly; helping shape the design of cutting-edge tools;
communicating creative ways to use code verification products; writing
goal-oriented content that explains code verification and static analysis
concepts and techniques for verifying C/C++ and Ada code; developing examples
and tutorials demonstrating how to use code verification products to
improve software quality in embedded systems; working with users to
understand what they need to learn to be successful with code verification
software; participating with the development team in product planning,
design review, and testing; and helping to develop next-generation online
resources. Education and Experience: Master’s degree or higher (or foreign education equivalent) in
Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Technical or
Professional Writing and no experience. OR Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in
Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Technical or Professional
Writing and five (5) years of experience in job offered or five (5) years of
experience in technical writing. Special Requirements: • Demonstrated expertise developing technical or research
documents using markup language -- XML or Latex. • Demonstrated expertise translating technical scientific or engineering concepts into written technical user manuals or
research publications. • Demonstrated expertise coding in C, C++, and MATLAB. • Demonstrated expertise applying tutorial based method in
