Position Description: Directs integration of user feedback and market insights to
create engaging Natural Language-based experiences. Improves
customer engagement and satisfaction through a range of offerings
delivered through digital channels. Drives Natural Language
Processing (NLP) products through expertise in the Natural Language
Understanding (NLU) space. Leads business case development,
requirement documentation, and executional components. Coordinates
with the management team to stay aligned on business and technology
goals. Maintains and prioritizes the backlog of user stories.
Writes user stories to inform team members work. Primary Responsibilities: Translates business strategies into products while employing
best practices. Defines and manages end-to-end (E2E) chapter skills and services
needed to support business objectives. Ensures the learning curriculum of the service line supports the
expertise needed to drive strategy and meet objectives. Defines the learning path and identifies engagement
opportunities for members to build skills. Delivers best-in-class chapter expertise to teams to drive
business outcomes. Partners with squad leaders to track performance and refine
skills of chapter members. Develops and directs software system testing and validation
procedures, programs, and documentation. Stores, retrieves, and manipulates data for the analysis of
system capabilities and requirements. Determines system performance standards. Designs, develops, and modifies complex and major software
systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to
predict and measure outcome and consequences of design. Mentors, coaches, and grows a team of Data Scientists,
Computational Linguists, and Data Analysts. Hires expert NLP and ML modelers and Engineers to assist in
sourcing and vetting candidates. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Management
Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business
Administration, Predictive Analytics, or a closely related field
and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or six (6) years
performing Natural Language Processing (NLP), and descriptive and
predictive analysis to improve customer experiences in the
financial service industry. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Management Science, Computer Information Systems,
Business Analytics, Business Administration, Predictive Analytics,
or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in the
job offered or four (4) years of experience performing Natural
Language Processing (NLP), and descriptive and predictive analysis
to improve customer experiences in the financial service
industry. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) applying and integrating predictive
analyses to create strategic and operational insights to enhance
natural language-based customer experiences, using Python, SQL,
Tableau, Oracle, and Hadoop. DE gathering requirements, developing prototypes, and
implementing data warehouse solutions, using Python and SQL within
a collaborative, cross functional team environment. DE performing data analytics and system analysis on Genesys and
Nuance contact center data. DE building and leading a data analytics and predictive analysis
team to understand and improve customer experiences in the
financial service industry; and driving the adoption of data
analytics culture and related competencies across the enterprise by
coaching, enabling self-service analytics, and building customer
