Job Description:

Duties: Responsible for generating scheduled monthly, weekly and quarterly
Investment Services reporting, which includes project reporting, key
initiatives, metrics and executive level summary reporting; coordinating
the updates across the Investment Services business teams; tracking and
follow up; publishing and distributing reports; creating and updating
documentation; creating and generating ad-hoc reporting and presentations
as requested by the IS leadership team for executive level meetings;
working with Finance to understand financial data and to synthesize the
information into accurate and concise financial reporting; creating report
for quarterly customer meetings; demonstrating strong skills in reporting
and organizational programs by improving processes; leveraging reporting
components and re-using where possible; delivering consistent messaging
(content and format); optimizing use of all communication channels,
information available, and technologies; providing insights and information
at strategic and tactical levels; building strong relationship management
skills with the ability to working closely with individuals throughout the
organization; providing coverage for team members working on
communications, business planning, reporting, and metrics when necessary;
and performing additional duties, special projects and responsibilities, as
required and directed.

Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Business
Administration, or Finance (willing to accept foreign education equivalent)
as well as 5 years experience in job offered or 5 years experience in
project management and metrics reporting. Also requires experience with:
Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in project management, including execution of
project plans, identification and mitigation of risks, scheduling, metrics
gathering, maintenance and reporting, data and business analysis,
benchmarking and reporting of status; DE in implementation of project
management process improvements; DE building and delivering operating
plans, including budget and headcount projections for future project
planning and execution. Fidelity Investments is willing to accept a
