Job Description:
Duties: • Leads and directs software development efforts to provide
technical solutions to meet business needs. • Works with the technical architecture team to establish
innovative solutions. • Balances immediate needs with long range goals and product
roadmap • Advises senior management on technical roadmap for the CTS
team. • Advises on risk assessment and management strategies for
projects. • Participates in budget development process and manages to established budgets. • Manage relationships with key business and technology
partners. Understands needs of business and technology partners and
recommends options to address their needs. • Identify opportunities to reduce core and maintenance
costs. • Responsible for the successful implementation of multiple
technical projects. • Development of team members, including establishment of
performance goals, identification of developmental needs and opportunities,
monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching. • Make hiring recommendations and staffing decisions. Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems,
Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Physics (willing to accept foreign
education equivalent) as well as 5 years of experience in Job Offered or 5
years of experience in complex web application development within a
mutual fund environment. Also requires experience with: Demonstrated
Expertise (DE) in dynamic web content application management and development using
Crown Partners, Documentum, Vignette and SDL Tridion products and
Java, J2EE, XML, UNIX and Flex/Flash; DE managing multiple Agile workstreams
and applying Agile methodologies to onshore/offshore development
teams as a Scrum Master for project execution; DE supporting real-time
measurement and analytics of high-traffic, web-based financial applications
utilizing Adobe Omniture measurement capabilities for multi-variant and A/B
