Job Description:

Duties: Will perform as Electronic Trading Product Associate within the

Fidelity Centralized Electronic Trading (FCET) group at Fidelity Capital

Markets (FCM). The role will focus on leading assigned product(s) within

FCM's Electronic Trading product suite. Will play a large role in

driving and shaping the development of FCM's electronic trading product

suite. Will work closely with Fidelity Institutional Technology (FIT),

traders, financial engineering team, and clients to develop and deploy

new products for FCM's diverse client base and internal traders.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full product life cycle: proposal, technical

development, documentation, training, and marketing.

• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned market segments,

vendor, and/or FCET products.

• Articulate and execute against a strategic vision for assigned

products.

• Analyze trading and market data for client requests and

improving products, including statistical analysis and identifying

opportunities.

• Generate new ideas and services for FCM's electronic trading

products that will grow market share and revenues.

• Work closely with internal partners and Fidelity Institutional

Technology to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

• Identify opportunities to increase client performance and help

clients achieve trading objectives.

• Leverage quantitative techniques and market structure expertise,

to develop innovative products that help clients achieve their goals and

provide superior execution quality.

• Maintain product competitive advantage through detailed study of

market micro structure.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or

Finance as well as two (2) years of experience in the job offered or two

(2) years of experience performing statistical and financial analysis of

large data sets for product development within a financial services

environment. Experience must include: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in

the application of market microstructure principals for developing

product functionality; DE developing and presenting product development

solutions to internal stakeholders and external clients; DE working with

large data sets to synthesize meaningful insights and analytics.
