Job Description:

Under the leadership of the Vice President, IT Product Management, will

lead high quality analysis for large, complex projects in the Governance,

Risk, and Compliance (GRC) product line. Will identify and engage subject

matter experts to source requirements, develop Requirements and Systems

Design documents, consult and guide development of Systems and User

Acceptance Test plans, and create and deliver other supporting

presentations/ documents needed for effective delivery.

Will utilize superior domain knowledge of the Risk and Compliance

functions, including but not limited to internal controls management,

measurement and monitoring, controls testing, policy management, and

incident/ loss management. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the IBM OpenPages

product, including ability to creatively design solutions, working closely

with internal and professional services resources. Will work in a cross-

functional environment, including onshore and offshore resources, and will

influence technical team members as well as mid- and senior-level business

customers to define, gain approval for, and implement solution designs.

Will coach team members to increase their effectiveness.

Education and Experience:

BS (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Business

Information Systems, Math or Physics and 5 years of experience in job

offered or 5 years experience in business and systems analysis within an

asset management environment.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. DE applying software lifecycle management to perform requirements

gathering, systems analysis and solution design (including object model

design, user interface design, report design, and authorization model

design) for GRC solutions using the IBM OpenPages platform

2. DE designing systems to support risk and compliance management

within an asset manager, transfer agent, and broker-dealer environment

3. DE implementing IT solutions including configuration using IBM

OpenPages GRC platform and directing a global development team
