Job Description:
The Management Consultant works as an integral member of a 2-5
person project team. Responsibilities include: -Day-to-day management of tasks related to strategic project
delivery -Directing and executing various analyses, including market analysis, internal capability assessment, competitor
intelligence, customer research, product assessment, and financial
analysis/modeling -Conducting secondary research to understand industry
trends, competitors, customers, regulatory changes, or technology
changes -Developing insights and conclusions from analysis and
research -Interacting with Fidelity personnel at various levels,
including senior executives, to gather data and build consensus -Preparing presentations and assisting in presentations to
senior executives -Working closely with business unit personnel to implement recommendations -Developing knowledge and skills necessary to assume
additional responsibilities within FBC or other parts of Fidelity Education and Experience: MBA or M.S. in Business or Finance and 3 years of experience in
job offered or 3 years experience in strategy consulting, business
process transformation, product development and program management Skills and Knowledge: (1) Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) in strategy development
including operational transformation (developing operational service
models or designing cost optimization strategies), business process
transformation, competitive benchmarking, technology viability analysis and
program / product management (2) DE in business planning, quantitative modeling and
analysis, product/ service portfolio rationalization, opportunity
identification, and business case development (3) DE in developing and delivering business strategy
presentations and models to influence senior management and client executives in
