Job Description:

Duties: Will serve as Technical Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to

provide technical and functional leadership for web application development

for financial services. Responsible for providing technical direction to

the project teams and conducting Scrum ceremonies, including iteration

planning meetings using JIRA, daily standups, backlog grooming

retrospectives and scrum-of-scrum meetings across multiple scrum teams.

Responsible for communicating project status to senior management and

ensuring that projects are executed within the assigned budget.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform Agile project management of web applications and conduct

daily Scrums.

• Work with distributed Agile teams across onshore and offshore

locations to provide technical leadership.

• Conduct iteration planning, backlog grooming and Retrospective.

• Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are captured to the

right level in JIRA.

• Work with developers and architects to ensure test coverage.

• Work with business stakeholders and ensure business managed content

is externalized in the Tridion system.

• Collaborate with architects and analysts to review code, and ensure

all coding standards are followed and business requirements are met.

• Work with the Business on the Most Viable Product definition to cut

down time to market by balancing immediate needs with long range goals and

product roadmap.

• Lead discussions between the business and development teams to

ensure requirements are effectively captured and prioritized.

• Collaborate with the business to size Epics.

• Work closely with the QA teams to ensure automation is achieved and

ensure Continuous Integration practices are followed.

• Work with Services team to define contracts between the User

interface layer and the Backend services layer and participate in technical

and architecture reviews of the contracts so that there is maximum reuse of

components across various teams.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics or Physics and three (3) years of experience in the job offered

or three (3) years of experience in development or technical project

management of digital experience web applications development within a

service oriented architecture (SOA) environment; or, alternatively, a

Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science,

Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics or

Physics and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year

of experience in development or technical project management of digital

experience web applications development within a service oriented

architecture (SOA) environment. Also Requires: Demonstrated Expertise

(“DE”) in dynamic enterprise web content application management for

development and product management of rich interactive digital experience

web development using JavaScript frameworks - AngularJS, DoJo or JQuery and

development using UNIX Content Management Systems or SDL Tridion; DE

project managing the automation of the development of digital experience

web applications from web tier to application tier using Sahi, Protractor,

Jenkins, Sonar and code coverage using Istanbul, Clover or JCoCo and

project managing application deployment across development and test

environments; DE managing multiple Agile work streams and applying Agile

methodologies to onshore/offshore development teams as a Scrum Master for

project execution.
