Pharmaceutical Wholesaler is looking for a Designated
Representative for our Boston, Massachusetts facility to develop
relationships producing a supply chain for Hard to Find (HTF) drugs
for our Massachusetts territory from area independent pharmacies.
We provide necessary and often life saving drugs to hospitals when
others can’t. This position will ensure the warehouse is running under state
board regulations and internal company policies. Receive products
in a timely manner and advise Operations Manager when products are
in-house. Manage Massachusetts Branch inventory. Receive, enter,
and file updated licenses for Hospital Pharmacies, Doctor’s, Retail
Pharmacies, and Wholesalers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in development of supplier purchasing arrangements to
procure HTF product Includes visiting with independent suppliers at their
location Tracking and maintaining all State Wholesale Licenses /
applications / master files Inventory Management Receive products Ship products as directed by San Diego Headquarters Conduct Physical Inventories twice a year Process Warehouse and customer product returns Handle Drug Recalls Responsible to come in if the alarm is activated after hours Maintain current and accurate policies and procedures Monitor Temperature and humidity control in the warehouse Reports daily events (inventory received/shipped/new
suppliers) Keep current of federal and state regulatory issues We believe in a team environment, and rewards for producing.

mileage & expense reimbursement. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Previous pharmacy or pharmaceutical wholesale experience Self-starter – able to manage time wisely without constant
supervision Computer Literate – MS Office & MS Dynamics (Great Plains) Excellent communication skills Excellent follow-up skills with customers, and management. Detail oriented Well organized Able to perform optimally with in a fast paced environment Desire to continually expand existing knowledge base Valid driver’s license & operating vehicle with proof of
insurance
