Job Description:
Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Director that would support
company strategic planning efforts, be responsible for the
development and retention of the talent needed to achieve Reliant
Medical Group's strategic goals. Develop a solid strategic plan
that is aligned with the needs of the business and the development
of top talent. Master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related
field. JD is a plus but not required. Strong strategic and tactical planning, organization and
implementation skills. Experience in creating synthesizing and executing critical
initiatives impacting the strategic direction of the
organization. 10+ years experience in a senior level Human Resources role a
plus. Health care industry preferred. Proven talent management experience is key; compensation and
benefits experience a plus. Strong generalist knowledge of employee compensation, benefits,
employee relations, recruiting, training and strategic
planning.
