invaluable business partner and you have a track record of influencing more
than just individual hires A strong focus on building and maintaining culture while
thinking about the impact on overall employee happiness, retention, and
productivity Experience building out hiring processes and plans based on
individual business needs and overall quality of hire An understanding of best practices around attracting
prospective candidates into the top of the funnel from different sources
(inbound applicants, employee referrals, and passive sourcing) You May Also Have: A strong focus on data and metrics and a drive to continually
do better – you care about quality of hire while striving for ultimate
effectiveness Involvement building out employee experiences that inspire
teamwork, continuous education, and happiness HR Business Partner experience – you are a trusted advisor not
only to the executives and leaders, but also to the frontline
