Job Description:

Duties: Participate in leading global finance projects including defining

scope, documenting business requirements, gaining consensus, communication

of progress, and coordination of testing. Serve as SAP (Enterprise Resource

Planning) Financials functional and technical expert, responsible for

project management on new initiatives and support of current offerings.

Manage SAP enhancements, upgrades and corrections. Responsible for resource

planning, including coordinating and managing consultants. Work closely

with Business Systems Group (BSG) to analyze and define needs, including

core financial applications; solicit requirements and create detailed

specifications. Responsible for finance configuration, testing and other

work needed to move projects forward. Participate in financial system

strategy discussions. Offer best practice guidance to BSG and business

unit. Produce ad-hoc reports, table management, training, and data

validation and integrity. Support all areas of the financial systems

including set up and support of structures, authorizations, and

configurations.

Requirements: Master's degree in Information Systems, Accounting,

Economics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education

equivalent) as well as 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of

experience analyzing requirements for business software applications, OR,

in the alternative, Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting,

Economics, or related field (willing to accept foreign education

equivalent) as well as 5 years of experience in job offered or 5 years of

experience analyzing requirements for business software applications.

Experience must include: Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") in all phases of the

SDLC, including requirements design, process design, process documentation,

and process implementation for enterprise business systems; DE creating

reports by linking data from multiple tables using Enterprise Business

System reporting tools; DE developing test plans and performing unit

testing, integration testing, and system testing for enterprise software

system releases; DE in financial accounting ledger maintenance,

reconciliations, and accounts payable to assess clients’ financial systems

and translate business requirements into technical requirements; and DE

configuring and implementing SAP financial modules.
