Job Description:

Position: Software Engineer III (Transportation) (Boston, Massachusetts)

Duties: Develop software to streamline and optimize handling and delivery

of orders. Implement functionality in PHP in accordance with Service

oriented architecture (SOA). Translate functional requirements into a

working implementation, identifying and addressing issues related to code

quality, software scalability or general maintenance problems. Write and

tune database queries for large and complex SQL databases using Microsoft

SQL server. Incorporate TMS in an asynchronous manner to improve

efficiency of supplier extranet Undertake full stack web programming.

Requirements: Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Information

Systems, Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education

equivalent) plus two years’ experience as a programmer or a software

engineer using PHP; or a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as

stated above. Experience must include: Demonstrated expertise using PHP;

demonstrated expertise using SQL; demonstrated expertise using Redis; and

demonstrated expertise in full stack development using MVC architectural

pattern.
