Job Description:

Position: Software Engineer IV – PHP (Storefront) (Boston,

Massachusetts)

Duties: Plan software design and development using the Agile process.

Coordinate execution among multiple engineers, providing training and

mentoring as needed. Manage relationships with external partner

integrations. Define business requirements with multiple business

stakeholders and other client-side technology teams to create next-

generation site features. Develop high performance code in PHP and SQL

with minimal oversight, in support of our customer-facing website and

internal applications. Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Undertake database

design, development, and performance optimization.

Requirements: Master's degree in engineering, computer science,

information systems or related field (willing to accept foreign

education equivalent) plus 2 years of PHP development experience in a

customer-facing environment or a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of

experience as stated above. Also requires, demonstrated expertise in a

variety of scripted and compiled server-side languages such as PHP and

Java; demonstrated expertise in building scalable and maintainable

robust software; and demonstrated expertise in debugging and writing

code to fix critical bugs.
