thorough assessments to evaluate the physical needs and abilities
of clients.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to

well-being.Utilize standardized assessments and clinical
observations to determine clients' strengths, limitations, and
areas for interventionProvide hands-on physical therapy
interventions, exercises, and modalities.Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive
care.Educate individuals and their families on therapeutic
exercises and strategies for ongoing care.Maintain accurate and
up-to-date records in accordance with regulatory
standards.Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides, as
appropriate Mentorship / CEU / Professional GrowthAbility to
experience working in new settings and/or with novel patient
populationsAccess to an interdisciplinary network of experienced
clinicians to help navigate novel situations (e.g. AAC, ATP, OT,
SLP, BCBA, etc.)Tuition reimbursement to attend courses or

etc. QualificationsGraduate of an accredited master's level (or
higher) program in Physical TherapyValid/current professional
license as a Physical Therapist in MassachusettsAbility to travel
to/between multiple work locationsMust pass extensive background
checks and provide professional referencesIf selected for hire,
candidates must be able to provide a recent physical indicating the
ability to perform the essential functions of the job either with
or without accommodations, proof of negative TB test, and required
immunizations (including fully-vaccinated status for Covid-19).
