We'll ask you to contribute your ideas to help us to continually improve and exceed our goals.Qualifications:--- College degree preferred--- Minimum two years' consumer collections experience--- Comprehensive knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Members Civil Relief Act (SCRA) and Massachusetts General Laws (MGL)--- Working knowledge of Freddie Mac non-performing loan servicing requirements--- Working knowledge of foreclosure laws--- Working knowledge of bankruptcy laws--- Recovery knowledge is a plusYour compensation will include an impressive benefits package.
