related field, or equivalent combination of education and
experience and training.+ 0-3 years of meaningful work experience
and strong written and verbal communication skills.+ Interacts well

drive efficiency, process improvement, and to improve understanding
of business drivers.+ Strong solid understanding of Microsoft

LOOKING FORAt our Global headquarters, located in Downtown Boston,
Converse is looking for an Analyst, Financial Operations to join
our Global Product Margin Planning and Costing Team. As an analyst,
you will be responsible for data quality and integrity, reporting
and supporting various projects. This person will also have
responsibility for key ad hoc requests and deliverables to
Converse/Nike Inc and other internal team members. The candidate
needs to have strong organizational skills, the ability to achieve
thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks, the patience to
work with ambiguous and conflicting data sources and demonstrate
strong interpersonal skills that allow them to connect with a broad
and diverse set of collaborators!WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONData
Quality:+ Manage the IFOB pricing updates, including validation.+
Manage flex PLM tables (e.g. exchange rates, freight, duty,
collabs).Reporting:+ Prepare management reporting and make
recommendations on the business to the leadership team.+ Drive the
month end standard cost change process and analyze results.+
Provide critical cost mentorship to regional finance and product
teams.+ Develop reporting methods to support the product margin
planning and costing team.+ Manage the monthly PO audit reporting
process.+ Develop and manage price-lists for the global line.+
Drive the semi-annual standard cost refresh process.+ Ensure
adherence to SOX.Projects:+ Refine data loaders for key flex
attributes (Regional pricing, FOB, IFOB).+ Drive the price-list
process improvement initiative.+ Build the foundation for
analytics.+ Ad hoc (scenario analysis, Nike requests, internal
