To apply for this position please CLICK HERE As a Lead Financial Analyst on the Global Retail Markets Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will support the overall planning, forecasting, and reporting process for GRM, a $28B global organization with presence in over 16 countries.



As a lead analyst of the Financial Planning and Performance team, you will support planning, forecasting, and reporting process for GRM across the three regions and global functions.You will be critical in supporting the overall vision, direction, and roadmap for how GRM will conduct and continue to modernize planning to manage the business more effectively, while ensuring that Corporate requirements are met. You will interact directly with Corporate Finance being a key liaison representing GRM results to the broader finance organization. You will also be a critical part of helping to drive our GRM Finance expense budgeting.This role will need to be able to build strong relations and work closely with key roles across the organization including Regional FP&A, GRM Strategy, Global Capital & Risk Management, and Corporate Finance.



The ideal candidate for this role has strong financial planning experience, broad strategic thinking capabilities, experience working across the globe, ability to collaborate well with others, comfort in challenging and asking the right questions, and the ability to interface and influence stakeholders.



Remote work model available - compensation for this role is dependent on experience and geographic location of candidate.



Responsibilities:

Support analysis & communication that enables the GRM President and GRM Chief Financial Officer to effectively understand and manage the financial performance of Global Retail Markets; Provide clear overall understanding of GRM business performance

Consolidate GRM business performance results including monthly GRM reporting, dashboards, scorecards, corporate reporting, and expense budget analysis; Assess overall GRM business performance including understanding overall trends and drivers; Proactively raise critical issues or opportunities to improve business financial performance

Support the planning and forecasting process for GRM across the three regions and global functions

Drive the expense planning and forecasting for GRM Finance

Assess, determine, and align on overall allocation strategy for GRM and execute across regions

Be the liaison with Corporate Finance, representing overall business results for GRM to corporate stakeholders

Proactively identify risk areas that could put critical timelines at risk; actively work to create new reporting tools or processes to manage stakeholder requests

Establish and foster strong connections with regional Finance and FP&A teams to effectively collaborate and build a deep understanding of financial performance

Qualifications

Bachelor`s degree (Finance or Accounting) required.

CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of finance experience.

Must demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously to drive results.

Communicates well with own team and across organizational boundaries to ensure the successful completion of shared goals.

Comfortable leading meetings and able to communicate issues and trends to senior management and other groups at the appropriate level of detail.

Solid understanding of Finance Tools and Analytical Methods.
