Job Description:

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Financial Analyst will act as key point of contact for monthly and quarterly reporting related to profitability and measure progress against strategic plan, budget, and the latest financial forecast
  
• Support Finance leaders with data pulling, reconciling, and validating North America Financial Data
  
• Write and respond to inquiries regarding financial reports and provide thoughtful data insights
  
• Leverage analytical and organizational skills to review financial results from different areas of the business and identify & communicate trends, risks, and opportunities
  
• The Financial Analyst will perform ad-hoc financial analysis including scenario planning and investment analysis that aid in decision-making across the enterprise
  
• Continuously look at opportunities to optimize processes and models used, to provide more timely and relevant insights across our margin landscape
  
• Maintain and develop new tools and processes to support the company's financial planning and reporting
  
• As a Financial Analyst, you will be a thought partner to the organization and educate teams on use and interpretation of financial reports, key performance metrics, and other measures of success from across the business
