Job Description:Senior Executive AdministratorFidelity Digital
Assets is hiring two Executive Administrators who will play a vital
role in our growing organization. Individuals serving in these
positions are recognized by their colleagues as key members of
their group, department or organizational team. You will deal
directly with and provide support to management at all levels of
the company.You will work collaboratively with a small team of
Executive Administrators to support Fidelity Digital Assets
Leadership Team and to fulfill operational functions required to
run the business efficiently. In addition to supporting the
leadership team, you will also work on cross organizational
projects and initiatives. #cryptojobsAbout Fidelity Digital

enterprise-grade platform to institutions for securing, trading and
supporting digital assets, such as bitcoin. Fidelity Digital Assets
combines the operational and technical capabilities of the broader

deliver a completely new offering for institutional investors.The
Expertise You Have
- A bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience managing complex calendars preferred
- Experience with end-to-end ownership of operational tasksThe
Value Your Deliver
- Provide calendar and logistical support to multiple members of
Senior Leadership team
- Complete travel and expense reports
- Assume responsibility for operational tasks, including
procurement and preparation of quarterly financial reports
- Collaborate in planning and execution of events for Fidelity
Digital Assets as needed
- Work collaboratively as part of the team on cross Fidelity
Digital Assets projects/programs as needed
- Back-up and assist other administrative team members as
needed
- Perform other administrative duties, as requested
- Remain flexible to work overtime if needThe Skills You Bring

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly shifting
priorities
- Highly collaborative mindset and flexible to take on new
tasks,
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office software knowledge (Outlook, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and
handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfort with tight deadlines and ability to work effectively
under time constraints and pressure
- Willingness to utilize resources to problem-solve
- Ability to work independently and be flexible
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with various levels of
management within the organization
- Trustworthy with highly confidential material
- Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of other duties,
