  • Oversee, train and assist associate team members
  • Able and willing to work virtually with client personnel when safe at client location, if needed
  • Meet time restraints -and deadlines
  • Support lead person in charge of tax engagement
  • Prepare tax account reconciliation -
  • Preparation of all federal, foreign and state tax returns
  • Assist in gathering data and preparing schedules to be used in preparing tax returns
  • Prepare quarterly and year end estimates
  • Begin to build and develop quality relationships with clients
  • Gather data necessary to respond to audits and inquiries by governmental authorities -
  • Become proficient at tax research
  • Assist with other projects as necessary -Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field -Minimum Qualifications Required
      • 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
      • 1 year supervisory experience preferred
      • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
      • Proficient use of applicable technology
      • Must be able to travel based on client and business needsThe annual salary target for this job in this market is $85,000-$130,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.The compensation above is not representative of an employee's total compensation.
