Accounting Director - Norwood, MAWhat Accounting Directors are all about:The Accounting Director for RESCON is responsible for managing the Company's accounting function as detailed below, including statement preparation, vendor relations, contract management, interfacing with the external auditors.A Day in the Life:Preparation of monthly financial statements for RESCON and consolidated financials for RACI HoldingsPrepare monthly general ledger reconciliationsMaintain and recommend effective internal controlsParticipate in updating cash flow forecastsAssist in preparation of information of information for management and board meetingsParticipate in preparation of the Company's annual budget and reforecastsManage vendor relations and the payable departmentReview employee credit card charges for reasonablenessPreparation of borrowing base certificatesInterface and maintain an effective relationship with the Company's lenderManagement of service agreementsAssure business licenses are maintainInterface with outside auditors in the preparation of the Company's annual audit and tax returnsMake recommendations to improve operations and controlsWhat you will need to succeed:The ideal candidate will need a degree in accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
