Job Description:The RoleThe Global Financial Controls Center of
Excellence (GFC-CoE) is an enterprise-wide function that supports
the Finance strategic objective of ensuring a strong financial
controls environment. The function provides reasonable assurance
over the completeness and accuracy over the key processes that
impact Fidelity s financial statements. Specifically, the GFC-CoE
evaluates the design and operating effectiveness of key financial
controls through integrated reviews.The Senior Associate role will
deliver significant value to the business by assessing relevant
risks and key controls supporting the firm s financial processes
and systems through integrated audits. This role will partner with
Business Unit Controllers, Controllership Resources, other risk
groups, process, and control owners as well as GFC associates. This
role will provide excellent opportunities to learn about Fidelity s
many business units, key financial processes, and systems. This
role will report to a Senior Manager or a Director within the GFC
function.
