A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Finance Associate in Boston, Massachusetts (MA).

Summary:
Come join a leading investment management company that is currently growing. They are a dynamic company and have a great employee culture. This client works in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for all aspects of private equity funds
Work to complete audits and testing
Prepare and execute capital calls and distributions
Coordinate borrowing requests and repayments
Calculate credit interest
Review legal documents
Provide information for investor requests
