As a portfolio residential mortgage lender, the Mortgage Origination and Servicing Team provides jumbo mortgages to our high-net-worth Clients. The Residential Mortgage Reporting and Data Analytics Analyst will support our mortgage reporting, data analytics and data quality control functions.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • 1-3 years work experience in the residential mortgage industry, with demonstrated mortgage reporting and mortgage data analytics
  • Assists with mortgage reporting, including executive level reports and regulatory reporting submissions
  • Successful behaviors include:

    • Ability to organize, prioritize and allocate workload for optimum efficiency
    • Team player with the ability to adapt to a constantly changing, fast paced environment
    • Maintaining a data quality program is key aspect of the position
    • Interacts with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of data and reports
    • Solves complex problems based on a deep understanding and knowledge of system intricacies
    • Contributes to the achievement of team goals
      To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
      • Bachelor's degree required; experience with Encompass and/or MSP is a plus
      • Position is a hybrid role based in Boston
