Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Stock Plan Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee long term equity plans, including grant and vest/lapse processes
Input equity activity accurately, provide customer service for employee inquiries, and develop process improvements
Support HR colleagues in equity matters, assist with reports and analytics, and ensure internal controls are in place

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, legal, or related discipline, or active CEP certification
5+ years of relevant working experience
Experience with full cycle of equity transactions and company stock ownership
Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and Docusign
Ability to operate office equipment and participate in meetings
