Firms are being acquired left right and centre, which for some creates a lot of opportunity, but not everyone wants to work for a 10,000 person firm.If you want to work for an independent firm with no plans of ever being acquired, or going down the Private Equity route either then this could be the firm for you.If you join this mid sized CPA firm on the north shore then you can kiss good bye to super long hours during busy season.Thats right. Youll be working 50-55 hour weeks through tax season, and youll get Fridays off all summer.You will be joining a growing firm, so your progression opportunities are endless.Dont worry though, theyre not too big, so you wont just feel like a number.
