employees thrive mentally, physically, and financially. Reporting
to the Head of Human Resources, you will join a team of
professionals dedicated to our vision and mission. Duties and
Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Implement global benefit programs and policies inclusive of
strategic design, framework development, and market
intelligence.
- Drive execution of global benefit programs to ensure alignment
with company's goals, initiatives, and budget.
- Achieve material improvements in the effectiveness and
efficiency of core processes to transition to a sustainable global
benefits function.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of programs, policies
and guidelines to ensure they are market competitive, cost
effective, and aligned with corporate goals.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to educate
employees on benefit programs and the value of offerings.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of existing employee benefits
programs across various countries to evaluate the effectiveness and
competitiveness of current benefit offerings.
- Manage day-to-day administration for full lifecycle of employee
benefits programs, including active health insurance, retirement
plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries
related to benefits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and automate payment
methods when possible.
- Provide consultative support to employees and managers on
absence management to support a strong culture of connection and
empathy.
- Stay current on legislative changes and industry trends related
to employee benefits, ensuring the company's benefits programs
remain compliant.
- Assists third-party administrators and auditors in completing
compliance testing and plan audits.
- Documents and maintains administrative procedures and plan
documents.
- Manage and escalate complex cases appropriately for guidance by
using sound judgment.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all information, protect the
assets of the Company, reports non-compliance and adheres to all
applicable laws and regulations, company policies, and
procedures.Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience.
- Progressive experience in benefits; global experience
preferred.
- Experience managing diverse cultures.Key Competencies:
- Proven track record in benefits management, preferably in a
multinational organization.
- Deep understanding of benefits regulations, compliance
requirements, and standard processes in the Americas region.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at interpreting data,
identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to establish relationships and influence partners at all
levels.
- Demonstrable track record of project management, vendor
management, and successful implementation of benefits
programs.
- Ability to excel in leading multiple priorities with attention
to detail and accuracy.
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or other relevant
certifications preferred.What will make you stand out:
