They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. Highlights of the Accounts Payable Specialist Opportunity: Our client is internationally recognized with offices across the United States as well as the rest of the world This company is aggressively growing with opportunity for growth both domestically and internationally Opportunity to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with the ability to affect change while still having the benefits & stability of working for a global organization Hybrid work environment Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Process invoice batches Resolve vendor payment queries Handle assigned vendors, including 2-way and 3-way invoice matching Coordinate with the purchasing department to gather any missed information Communicate with vendors for general business and for issue resolution Background Expected of the Accounts Payable Specialist: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or experience equivalent 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar software package INJUL2025 ZRCFS
