Job Description We are seeking a/nBoard-Certified/Board-Eligible Endocrinology Physician to join our growing,/nphysician-led practice located just south of Boston. This is a 100% outpatient/nopportunity with four dedicated clinical days and one administrative day each/nweek. Strong administrative support enables you to focus exclusively on the/nclinical aspects of patient care without the burden of operational tasks. /n/n /n/n Position Highlights: /n/n - Compensation: $270,000 –/n$290,000 annually - Annual wRVU productivity/nincentives - Sign-on bonus and relocation/nassistance (if applicable) /n/n/n/n/n/n Excellent benefits package/nincluding: /n/n - 403(b) Retirement Plan and/n457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan - Occurrence-based Malpractice/nInsurance - Up to 1 week CME time off/nplus $3,000 CME reimbursement - 24 days ATO/n(Vacation/Personal) plus holidays - Outpatient-only schedule/nwith no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities - Collegial, supportive work/nenvironment in a well-established health system /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n Requirements: /n/n - MD or DO degree with/ncompletion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship - Board Certified or Board/nEligible in Endocrinology (Internal Medicine) - Current Massachusetts/nmedical license (or eligibility) - Massachusetts CSR and/nFederal DEA license /n/n/n/n/n/n/n/n This position offers the/nstability of an established practice, a highly competitive salary, and the/nwork-life balance of an outpatient-only schedule—all while living and working/nnear the vibrant Boston metro area.
