This critical role involves overseeing the compliance framework, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and maintaining the company's integrity in financial practices. As a leader in the department, you will drive compliance strategies, manage a team of compliance officers, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure adherence to both national and international regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive compliance policies and procedures. Manage and train the compliance team in regulatory matters and updates. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Collaborate with other departments to incorporate compliance requirements with business initiatives. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies. Strong knowledge of financial services regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA) Experience with risk management principles and practices Ability to interpret and implement policies and regulatory guidelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and team-management skills Effective communication and presentation abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred Relevant FINRA licenses as applicable
