Our Tax Director oversees the firm’s tax policies and objectives; monitors reporting and planning to ensure compliance with applicable tax statutes; ensures accuracy of tax returns and works to minimize the organization’s tax obligations; creates functional strategies and specific objectives; and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the infrastructure. Qualifications Essential Job Functions Provide tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals, estates, and trusts Conduct multi-state tax filings Perform tax accruals Manage a portfolio of clients Serve as a trusted advisor, offering clients industry expertise and knowledge Work closely with engagement teams to continually add value to clients Train and mentor tax associates Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills Strong research and analytical skills Prior experience with ProSystem fx Tax, BNA products, and CCH Intelliconnect is desired CPA certification is required Why is This a Great Opportunity We have been working with this client for the past few months and are actively searching for candidates for the Audit Tax Manager and Tax Director roles.
