Job Description:
Fidelity Investments seeks a seasoned Vice President to lead our
Alternative Investments Data Strategy team. This role is critical
in shaping and executing data-driven strategies to enhance our
alternative investments portfolio. The successful candidate will
spearhead initiatives in data analytics, management, and strategic
investment insights, working closely with senior stakeholders to
drive business growth and operational efficiency in our alternative
investment markets. Develop and implement comprehensive data
strategies for alternative investments. Collaborate with IT and
business teams to enhance data collection, integration, and
analytics capabilities. Lead cross-functional projects to leverage
big data and AI for improving investment decisions. Provide
strategic insights and recommendations based on robust data
analysis to senior management. Ensure compliance with industry
regulations and maintain data integrity and security. Expertise in
data analytics and management. Strong leadership and project
management skills. Proficient in SQL, Python, and data
visualization tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder
management abilities. Knowledge of regulations in banking and
investment industries. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or
similar. Certification in Data Management or Analytics is
preferred.
