JOIN OUR TEAM TODAY!One of our Financial Planning Practices is expanding their operations to better service their growing client base. As such, we have a newly created Office Manager position available. This is a full-time position directly supporting the financial advisor.YOUR ROLE:As a direct point of contact for prospects and clients, you will be responsible for the delivery of administrative tasks within the office. Activities such as, appointment and meeting introduction and welcome, meeting and events scheduling and coordination.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • First-line of contact for incoming prospect and client visits.
  • Assist in the management and input of information to the firm-wide Client Relationship Management (CRM) system(s). This will include database management and integrity.
  • Assist the financial advisor with policy applications.
  • Coordinate office organizational tasks and functions such as file maintenance, electronic filing, supplies inventory management (office and seminar materials).
  • Assist, and participate in firm-wide marketing programs including print, digital, and social campaigns.. Requirements:
    • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or client services function
    • 1+ years of experience working at a professional services business (accounting, legal, financial planning, etc.)
    • 1+ years of PROVEN experience working with a privately-owned firm.
