This is an in-office role. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast paced, mid-sized company. Individual should possess a positive attitude and be able to handle a diverse workload that consists of office management, executive assistance and event/project management. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage logistics for events/meetings (scheduling, room setup, catering duties, clean up and collecting feedback when appropriate, vendor liaison, ensures technology is set-up, etc.)
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of all office equipment and technology for office.
  • Be the liaison for technology vendors for office.
  • Assist with administrative and marketing tasks for company events, meetings, and volunteer program
  • Help with onboarding new employees in office- assign and set up new equipment, provide overview of aliases and culture activities, etc.
  • Organize and maintain the common areas of the office
  • Order office supplies and ensure that corporate common areas are equipped with supplies
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
  • Provide administrative support as needed with company-wide processes and projects
  • Greet visitors
  • Other duties as assignedJob Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • 1-2 year's office management experience, including experience managing technology equipment & IT vendors
    • 1-2 year's event and project management experience
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
    • Proactive, personable, extremely organized, and detail oriented
    • Exhibit discretion when dealing with confidential information
    • Ability to lift/carry packages weighing up to 40 pounds
    • Have own transportation for local errands
