Job Description:
Whole Foods Market is seeking a Office Team Specialist to join
our team!
This role will be based out of our North Atlantic regional office
in Marlborough, MA. This role provides general office
administration support which may include audio/visual maintenance,
coordinating conference and meeting room set-ups. Maintains
inventory of office supplies and replaces parts as needed. Performs
minor maintenance on office equipment. Provides backup support for
other office services responsibilities.Responsibilities - - - - - -

- Maintain and monitor all audio and video equipment.
- Schedule video conferences as requested;.
- Setup new Team Member phones and voicemail and make changes for
system up-keep when needed.
- Troubleshoot issues and partner with technicians as
needed.
- Coordinate conference and meeting room set-up and re-set.
- Partner with Catering, Security and other cross-functional
teams to ensure proper execution of events, conferences and
meetings.
- Maintain inventory of general office supplies and replacement
parts for equipment; replaces parts as needed.
- Perform minor maintenance on general office equipment; stocks
general office supplies as needed.
- Partner with necessary teams (e.g. Green Mission) to sort and
distribute recycling products.
- Provide backup support for other office services
responsibilities, including, intra-office relocations and workspace
arrangements, reception desk coverage.Knowledge, Skills, &
Abilities
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in whole
numbers, fractions and decimals
- Excellent analytical, prioritizing, and problem solving
skills
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, PeopleSoft and
EXE
- Ability to respond to changing situations in a flexible
manner
- Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand guests', vendors' and Team Members'
needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
effectively with other Team Members and leadership
- Ability to work well with others, self-motivated and capable of
working independently with little supervision. Able to work a
flexible schedule based on the needs of the facility, including
nights, weekends and holidays as requiredDesired Work Experiences
- High school diploma
- General office services/administrative experience (1-3 years)At
