Job Description:
PurposeThe Senior Administrative Assistant oversees Coding/
Coding Quality policies, procedures and other operational workflows
to ensure a compliant and accurate coding product. Duties and
ResponsibilitiesFacilitates Coding Policy discussions for Coding
management team at implementation of client and annual/ quarterly
reviews/revisionsDevelops /prepares Coding Policy for coder
production team and client versionInitiates CRM workflow for coding
policy additions and or deletionsMaintains and updates LH - Master
Client Coding grid, and Client Facility GridsTracking of audit
results /coder bookletsMaintains and updates Coder education E/M
manualCreation of coder quality reports /tableau dashboardsAct as
SharePoint Administrator for Coding Policies, Coder Audits,
Education and Quality Policies and ProceduresPrepare and share data
for monthly client callsSpecial projects as
assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an

Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
required.Computer SkillsPrior word processing, spreadsheet and
internet software experience including proficiency with MS Excel
and MS Word required.ExperiencePrior experience and proficiency
with MS Excel required. Coding experience and/or certification is a
plus.Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and AbilityAbility to add, to
