Job Description:

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm Position Summary/ Department Summary: Under direct supervision, provides advanced administrative support to implement the goals of various projects, develops plans and systems and coordinates the day-to-day activities in order to ensure project deliverables and deadlines are achieved. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day project operations, including staff recruitment, record systems, and meeting/conference logistics Collect and manage project information such as schedules, data requests, assignments, and meetings Track project tasks and workflows in collaboration with the project team and Project Manager Monitor and update project schedules, document control, databases, and team communications Serve as liaison between work groups, clinical areas, departments, regulatory agencies, and consultants Oversee development and distribution of project deliverables, including training materials and newsletters Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required Master's Degree preferred Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in Sterile Processing required Experience in an administration support role and/or projects related role preferred The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
