an assistant pool manager is crucial in supporting the overall
operation of a swimming pool facility. They work closely with the
pool manager to ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency. Here's
a breakdown of their typical job description: Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with Supervision: Supporting the pool manager in
supervising lifeguards and other staff. Helping to enforce pool
rules and regulations. Maintenance Support: Assisting in monitoring
and maintaining water chemistry. Helping with cleaning and
maintaining the pool and surrounding areas. Supporting the
maintenance of pool equipment. Staff Support: Assisting with staff
scheduling and training. Supporting the evaluation of staff
performance. Administrative Assistance: Helping to maintain records
of pool attendance, chemical levels, and incidents. Assisting with
customer inquiries and complaints. Supporting inventory management.
Program Assistance: Aiding in the organization and supervision of
aquatic programs and events. Acting in the Manager's Absence: Being
prepared to assume the responsibilities of the pool manager when
needed. Essential Skills: Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid
certifications. Knowledge of pool safety and maintenance. Strong
